This work reflects an ever widening horizon, a keen awrness of new directions in our cultural and political situation and our understanding of the universe, surprising and effective new patterns of verbal expression, and a high-hearted acceptance of what is and what's come. The subjects that Mr Cage discusses here may be summed up in one word: Everything. His ideas, however, require two words: Different and important.
